WP5: Business Models

This Work Package is designed to ensure that the project results drive new business opportunities and support export growth for companies. It outlines the common mixed fleet concept, enhances B2B customer insights, identifies potential business models, and develops commercialization strategies for future company growth. The work package will be executed through three sprints, including collaborative consortium workshops.
